Teen rebel and social-media star Robin Hood is in exile in Holland, limited to public campaigning for the rebel cause. In the meantime, the Sherwood Forest rebels have been waging a long bitter war against President Marjorie Kovacevic's troops. Robin gets a chance to rejoin the rebels and is smuggled in a hair-raising sea crossing to team up with his old band once more.
